Vijayshree or VJ as we fondly call her is a seasoned public speaking trainer with a ton of experience under her belt.
An ex-IT professional and a long-standing toastmaster, she enjoys working with young people and they enjoy learning from her! If we go by what her students say, she inspires them to be the best version of themselves. We are not surprised, because put her in front of an audience, and you will see the eloquence and poise she possesses.
An amazing team player who joined us recently and in the blink of an eye, made us feel that she has always been around!
Aeli Mammen

She is the one who lets us flaunt that we have an expert tarot consultant in the team! Coming from the theatre background, she infuses her sessions with so much positive energy that even the most inhibited children find their voice in her class.
Meet Aeli - our newest teammate with a special knack of making public speaking inclusive and a lot of fun.
And our in-house tarot reader who sets the vibe for our upcoming sessions and workshops! Her students love being around her and so do we!
Krithika Balakumar

A business analyst who brings a semblance of sanity and order to our squad. If efficiency were an art, she would be our Van Gogh!
Be it engaging an class of our youngest speakers, or having a conversation with the older ones, or designing activities with the team - having her onboard means the task would get done in the best way possible, and before time!
That's Krithika for you. She joined us right after the lockdown and since then, has been a vital cog of our team.
Srinithi Natarajan

From an inquisitive 11th grade debater to a passionate psychologist, Srinithi has been with us forever! First as a curious student, then an enthusiastic intern and now an integral part of the team.
She is a debate coach, public speaking trainer, storyteller and an expert on mental health awareness for children.
How she juggles all this remains a mystery to all of us! But Srinithi is a live-wire and her sessions reflect her energy and passion for public speaking. And if you want a recco for the best pasta in red sauce or lemon tea, look no further!

When expression follows ideation, the results are magical! And Joshua believes in the power of ideas more than anyone we know.
On first glance, he would come across as a quiet, unassuming guy who is lost in his thoughts and his music. But put him inside a classroom with kids and he would transform within a moment into a storyteller, teacher and everyone's favourite Joe sir!
Having worked with hundreds of children across cities virtually and in-person, Joe has taught them to believe in themselves and their ideas! And he is our in-house expert on the best biriyani joints in the city!

A model United Nations (MUN) conference is a challenge for a lot of people. But an even bigger challenge is to simplify it and make it exciting for first-timers. That's where our in-house MUN expert comes in!
Ayush is our newest teammate and he handles our MUN club sessions. He is an avid public speaker with about 2 decades of speaking experience and a luminous track record of more than 100 wins at school and college level.
We kid you not, when we say that he has 'talked his way to Japan'! He joins us on our mission to empower students and put them on the MUN world map!

Nivash Gopalasamy

A seasoned theatre artist, corporate trainer, HR professional, voiceover artist, educator - you would need a lot more space to sum up the hats that Nivash dons!
But the fact that he aces all these roles is what baffles us most of the time. He is one of the OGs that have been around since the squad was formed and we draw on his experience for the toughest assignments in schools, colleges and corporates.
Nivash can get his audience swaying to his tune and shaking a leg at the snap of a finger. And when the music settles, they would have walked away with a vital communication skill. That's Nivash for you!
